We found K-9 Cart East online and they couldn't have been nicer when I called. We gave them the measurements of our dog and then we met with Dr. Parkes. They put our dog in the chair and made adjustments until Dr. Parkes felt it was just perfect! The cart was very sturdy and lightweight. I suggest this company frequently.
